Paytm Failed to Provide Refund for Canceled Train Booking From Delhi to Jaipur
I regret using Paytm to schedule a train trip from Delhi to Jaipur. The train was called off at the last minute, and even after many tries to seek a reimbursement, I discovered I was caught in an automated response cycle. The Paytm service centre is practically unreachable and just provides a chatbot that persists on creating never acknowledged tickets. To aggravate matters further, Paytm's social media channels are inundated with fraudsters posing as help agents, enticed consumers to phone fictitious numbers. In addition to wasting time, inadequate customer service channels expose consumers to danger of fraud. Paytm's service has been absolutely unsatisfactory; I would not suggest it to anyone for travel bookings.
