Paytm UPI Transactions Successful but Money Not Received for Months

I am writing to report a serious issue with several Paytm UPI transactions that are marked as successful, but the money has neither reached my account nor been refunded for months. On February 20, 2026, at around 10:52 a.m., a UPI transaction of ₹5,000 was made to Infokrill Private Limited, and it is shown as successful in the system. Similarly, on February 22, 2026, at around 11:08 p.m., another UPI transaction of ₹5,000 was made to Delphy Retail Private, and this payment is also marked as successful.
However, the amounts from these transactions have not been credited to my bank account ending in 9741 and are not reflected anywhere in my balance. I have contacted Paytm support, my bank’s customer care, and all available support channels multiple times. I was informed that the payments were successful on the bank’s side and was advised to contact the merchants, but despite this, I still have no resolution. I also created a ticket in the Paytm system, but the issue remains unresolved.
In addition to these two transactions, there are several other similar cases where payments are marked as “successful,” but the money is missing, and I have no information about where it has gone. This situation has caused significant frustration and concern.
I request that all such transactions be urgently investigated, that all missing amounts be immediately refunded to my bank account ending in 9741, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation of where these funds were held during this time. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I have already been waiting for months without any proper solution.
