I deposited ₹400 into my 4rabet account on 04/02/2026 at 7:07 PM using my Paytm wallet, but even after several days, the amount has still not been credited to my gaming account. The money was successfully deducted from my Paytm wallet, yet 4rabet continues to claim that they have not received the payment.
When I first contacted 4rabet customer support, they informed me that my payment was being processed and would be credited. However, they later changed their statement and began saying that the payment had not reached them. They then asked me to provide my bank account statement, even though the transaction was made through my Paytm wallet and not directly from my bank account.
Even so, I provided the requested bank statement, but naturally, the transaction does not appear there since the deduction was only made from Paytm. Despite this, they continue insisting on a bank statement and are not offering any proper resolution. Each time I contact support, they provide a different complaint or ticket ID, which only adds confusion and does not help resolve the issue.
I request that my ₹400 deposit made on 04/02/2026 at 7:07 PM be either credited to my 4rabet gaming account without any further delay or refunded back to my original payment method. I also expect a clear and consistent explanation from 4rabet regarding this failed transaction instead of repeatedly asking for irrelevant documents.
