I Sent Money via Paysera to a Friend but It Never Arrived or Got Refunded
Dear Paysera Team, I made a money transfer to a friend using your platform. While the IBAN was correct, the phone number entered was Turkish instead of their Lithuanian number. The transaction was marked successful, and the money was withdrawn from my account, but the funds never reached my friend's account.
It has been three days since this issue occurred, and nothing has been resolved. I sent a detailed email explaining the situation, but I still haven't received any response. This lack of support is extremely frustrating.
I am kindly asking for your urgent assistance. I want either the transfer to be completed correctly or the money refunded to my account. Please resolve this issue immediately and improve your customer support—users should not be left without answers for days when money is involved.
