Why Hasn’t My PayPal Withdrawal Reached My Bank?

I initiated a withdrawal of approximately $36 from my PayPal account to my İş Bank account. Although about six hours have passed since the transaction, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account, which is causing me significant inconvenience.
I have experienced similar issues in the past with PayPal transfers, including deductions and delays. Despite repeatedly filing complaints, I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. At this time, the $36 that should be reflected in my bank account has not arrived, and I am forced to wait for funds that are important to me.
I do not have any additional reference number or transaction details available, but it is clearly visible in my PayPal account that I initiated a withdrawal to my İş Bank account. I request that this issue be resolved promptly, that the missing funds be deposited into my account as soon as possible, and that if there are any delays or deductions, the reason be clearly and transparently explained to me.
