PayPal Won't Help With Asknebula Unauthorized Charge

I signed up for a service on asknebula.com listed under the name "face drawing," which appeared to be a one-week free trial for approximately €1. Even though I canceled the membership before the trial period ended, €42.99 was charged to my PayPal account on May 8, 2026, without my permission or authorization.
I reported the situation to both PayPal and Asknebula. Asknebula initially told me they would refund 70% of the charge and asked me to remove my complaint. However, they never made any payment and stopped responding to my messages entirely, stringing me along with no intention of following through. Despite reporting the full situation to PayPal and having screenshots and written correspondence to back it up, I have not received adequate attention or support in resolving the matter.
I am demanding that the full €42.99 charged without my authorization be refunded immediately, without any deductions, through the same payment method. I am also requesting that the necessary controls be put in place to prevent this kind of unauthorized and deceptive transaction from happening again, and that the harm I have experienced be formally acknowledged and resolved.
