PayPal Account Access Denied After Recent Transaction
Today at around 3:50 PM, I tried to log into my PayPal account from both my iPhone and my computer, but I cannot access either the website or the app. I receive a message saying, “For security reasons, this IP has been blocked. Please try with a different IP,” and I am unable to log in. There were no unusual activities on my account—no login attempts from another device and no incorrect password entries.
Additionally, I deposited money into my account today, but I did not receive the usual notification SMS messages. It is unclear whether the funds were successfully credited. When I attempt to enter the account menu and type in my password, the screen closes and logs me out of the system. I have also tried calling customer service and waited on hold for hours, but I have been unable to reach anyone or receive any support.
Regarding this transaction made from Nevşehir, I am requesting a clear and written explanation about the status of the funds I deposited, confirmation that the money has been securely credited to my account, and the immediate removal of the login restriction. I also request information about why I cannot reach customer service and the reason for this security block. If necessary, I am willing to share my transaction and account details privately with the company.
