PayPal Blocked My Account and Held €85 Without Explanation

PayPal suddenly blocked my account and withheld €85 without providing any reason. They informed me that I would only get my money back after 6 months, which makes no sense. How can a platform just close accounts unilaterally without explanation? This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted PayPal, but this behavior is completely unacceptable.
