Ankara Berlitz Hotel Room Had Hair on Bed Linens and Surfaces

On November 29, 2025, we stayed in a three-person room at the Ankara Berlitz Hotel. When we entered the room, we found hair all over the bed linens and throughout the room, which was a serious hygiene concern.

We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff. The bed linens were replaced, but the replacement linens also had hair on them, making it very clear that the room had not been cleaned adequately. We paid approximately $72 for the three-person room, but unfortunately, the hotel failed to provide the most basic expectation we had for our stay, which was proper hygiene.

For this reason, I request that the hotel take necessary and lasting measures to improve room cleaning and bed linen hygiene and increase inspections to ensure that similar problems do not happen again.
