I Face Blocked Access and Cannot Withdraw $16 From My Payoneer Account

I started using the Payoneer mobile app in Adana and deposited money into my account for the first time. My balance showed $16, but since the withdrawal limit is $50, I was unable to withdraw any of my funds despite trying every possible method.

Later, when I attempted to log in, I was presented with a puzzle challenge. I failed to pass it, and since then I have been locked out of my account completely.

I also tried reaching out to Payoneer customer service, but I could not get connected to anyone or receive any support. Now, I cannot access my account, and the money I deposited is stuck.

I request that my $16 balance be refunded or that my account access be restored so I can use my funds without further issues. This situation has left me in a very unfair and frustrating position.
