Cannot Subscribe on Patreon—Payment Method Always Declined

I have been trying to subscribe to the creator “mookie000” on Patreon for months, but I have been unable to complete the payment. Even though both of my credit cards (Ziraat Bank and DenizBank) have sufficient limits, the app does not accept either of them. I was previously able to make payments with these same cards without any issues, but since December 2025, every time I try to start a subscription, I receive the error message: “Your payment method was declined. Please try another method.”

I am attempting to make the payment through the Patreon mobile app on my phone, and the subscription fee appears as $8.40. I have been experiencing this issue consistently for several months and have not yet contacted Patreon or my banks regarding the problem.

I would like to be able to pay for this subscription using my existing cards through my Patreon account without any issues. I request that the reason for the payment failure be thoroughly investigated, and that any necessary updates or fixes be made so this issue can be permanently resolved.
