When I try to run ads and make payments through my Instagram business account, I continuously receive a “card declined” error.
I use a DenizBank card, and I have no issues using this same card on other platforms or for other online payments. In fact, I recently completed another online payment with the same card without any problem. However, Instagram refuses to accept the payment from this card under any circumstances.
Over the past 2–3 days, I have also tried adding different bank cards, but Instagram does not allow me to save these cards in the system or process payments with them either.
Because of this issue, I cannot run advertisements, which is disrupting my business operations and preventing me from launching the campaigns I planned.
Additionally, since no clear error explanation is provided, I cannot determine whether the issue is related to my card, Instagram’s payment system, or if my account has been flagged for some reason.
Even though I have contacted Meta/Instagram support multiple times, I have not received any helpful, clear, or satisfactory response that resolves the problem.
I request that Instagram urgently investigate this payment system issue and ensure that my business account can successfully add payment methods and process advertising payments without any errors.
