Parodontax Toothpaste Made My Gum Bleeding and Recession Worse

I bought Parodontax toothpaste for gum sensitivity from Migros because I was experiencing gum recession and mild bleeding. Instead of getting better, after using the product regularly for more than a month, my gum bleeding has continued and gotten worse over the past three weeks, my gum recession has increased, and my pain has become noticeably more intense.
I paid a significant amount for a small tube of toothpaste, trusting that it would help me heal, but instead of reducing my problems, the product has made them worse. So far, I have not contacted a dentist or your customer service, but I want the damage to my gums to be taken seriously and the cause of this problem to be investigated.
Because of the increased bleeding, recession, and pain in my gums, I request that you clearly and in detail explain how you plan to address the harm I have suffered and what kind of solution process you will follow with me.
