On October 17, 2025, I purchased Parodontax Mouthwash for ₺168 from the Onur Market seller via Trendyol Express. When I first started using it, everything seemed fine. However, after a short time, I began noticing issues such as sediment buildup, changes in consistency, and foaming, even though I had stored the product properly — not in hot or cold conditions.
The expiration date printed on the packaging reads “01/02.” Despite several attempts, I haven’t been able to reach Parodontax customer service, and no solution has been offered so far.
Due to the noticeable changes in the product’s texture and quality, I’m requesting that my complaint be addressed, the product be examined for defects, and that a refund or replacement process be initiated if necessary.
