I Face Possible Spoiled Parodontax Mouthwash and Can’t Reach Customer Support

Hello, I recently purchased Parodontax Daily Mouthwash, but its texture is unusually thick. I can’t figure out why it’s so dense, and although the expiration date is listed as 2028, I suspect the product might be spoiled or improperly stored.

I also tried reaching Parodontax customer support but couldn’t get through via any communication channel. I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me understand whether this consistency is normal or if the product might be defective.
