Withdrawal Not Received

I have a serious issue with Parimatch regarding a delayed withdrawal via bank transfer in India. On 23 May, I requested a withdrawal of 15,000 to my bank account, but as of today the money has still not been credited to my account. Despite this, Parimatch support keeps telling me that the payment has been transferred. I have contacted customer service many times and they keep misleading me with the same answer, without giving any clear explanation or proof of the actual transfer. To support my case, I have already shared my bank statement showing that no such amount has been received. My Parimatch ID is 976695***. I request that Parimatch immediately credit the 15,000 to my bank account or clearly resolve where the money is stuck. I expect this issue to be handled urgently and for my funds to be returned to me without any further delay.
