PhonePe Deposit Not Credited to Account
I am writing regarding a problem with a deposit to my Parimatch account that was debited from my PhonePe but not credited to my Parimatch balance. On 9 June at around 23:40, I made a deposit of 500 INR to my Parimatch account using PhonePe. The amount of 500 INR was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but it has still not been reflected in my Parimatch account. The PhonePe transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID T26060918253052832138 and UTR 260835651578. I have contacted support many times about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and my deposit remains missing. I am requesting that this payment be checked urgently and that the missing 500 INR be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to investigate this transaction using the IDs I have provided and to resolve this issue promptly.
