I requested a withdrawal of ₹920 from my Parimatch wallet to my Canara Bank account via IMPS. In the Parimatch system, this withdrawal has been showing as “successful” for approximately four months, but the amount has never been credited to my Canara Bank account.
After realizing that the money had not been received, I contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times. They registered a complaint and, according to them, began processing it after about three months. However, even after that, the issue remains unresolved.
Every time I follow up, I receive the same responses such as “it will be credited today or tomorrow” or “the money is safe with our billing team,” but nothing actually happens, and the ₹920 is still missing. I am extremely frustrated and exhausted from repeatedly following up without any real action or clear explanation.
I request that the withdrawn amount of ₹920 be immediately credited to my Canara Bank account. I also request appropriate compensation for the prolonged delay, the inconvenience caused, and the repeated false assurances I have received over several months.
