Parimatch support informed me that the amount was credited, however my bank, Federal Bank Wandoor branch, has clearly confirmed that no such amount has been received in my correct 13‑digit account. Despite this, the withdrawn amount of Rs 3,000 is not available in my Parimatch account balance and I have not received the funds in my bank account either, so at the moment the money is simply missing.
