Parimatch ₹20,500 Withdrawal Not Received – Bank Transfer Done
I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding a withdrawal of ₹20,500 that has not been credited to my bank account despite being marked as processed on your platform. My Player ID is 725928004. On 29 May 2026 at 12:12, I requested a withdrawal of ₹20,500 via Bank Transfer through the Parimatch website with reference number 0481000100146829. The Parimatch system shows that the withdrawal was processed at 15:46 on the same day. However, as of 31 May 2026, the amount has still not been credited to my Punjab National Bank account. I have contacted my bank about this missing credit, and they have confirmed that the amount has not been received in my account. I also tried to reach Parimatch customer support, but they have been completely unresponsive, which is causing serious concern and inconvenience. I request Parimatch to immediately credit the pending amount of ₹20,500 to my Punjab National Bank account or provide valid and verifiable transaction proof from the payment partner so that this issue can be resolved without any further delay.
