Parimatch Marked Ticket Resolved but Money Not Received

On April 21, I deposited ₹2,500 from my ICICI bank account into my Parimatch betting account. Although a support ticket was created for this transaction and Parimatch marked it as “resolved” on the same day, the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account, and the funds are missing.

In addition to the delay and inconvenience, marking the issue as resolved while the problem clearly still exists has caused confusion and reduced my trust in the service. Despite the ticket status, I have not received my money or any proper resolution.

I request that this issue be thoroughly investigated, that the missing ₹2,500 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account, and that I be provided with appropriate compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
