Parimatch Vip Client Account Blocked

I have been an active user of Parimatch.com for the past 7 years and am a VIP customer with Player ID 177037329. Despite this long history and daily activity on your platform, my account was blocked on 5 December 2025 and has remained blocked for more than 30 days. During this time, I have been unable to access my account balance of approximately 35,000, and this situation has caused me serious difficulties. I regularly bring 100 to 150 agents to your platform and have always supported and promoted your services. In spite of this, my account has been blocked without explanation, and even my VIP manager has not been able to assist me. I have contacted you multiple times via live chat, email, and through my VIP manager, but I have not been provided with any clear reason for the block or a solution to my problem. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that a clear reason be provided for the block, and that my account be unblocked as soon as possible so that I can access my funds. If my account cannot be restored, I expect my remaining balance of 35,000 to be returned to me without any further delay. Otherwise, I will be compelled to consider taking legal action, as I find it unacceptable that my funds are being held without explanation or resolution.
