I deposited ₺30,000 into my Parimatch account on 01/10/2025. However, the funds have neither appeared in my gaming account nor been refunded. I was asked to wait until 14/10/2025—two weeks—but nothing has changed. I even shared my bank statements as proof, yet there has been no update. This is the fourth time I’ve faced the same issue, and every time, Parimatch makes me wait two to three weeks without resolving it. I have another complaint related to Parimatch. I made three withdrawal requests of ₨50,000 each on 08/10/2025. All three are showing as “completed,” but I haven’t received any of the funds. I asked for the UTR numbers of the successful transfers, but they said they don’t have them and told me to wait five business days. Today is the fifth business day, and still no progress. I don’t understand why this keeps happening with Parimatch — it’s literally giving customers a headache. These are large transactions, yet they don’t seem to care. Their customer support is pathetic, and the staff are extremely arrogant. A similar incident happened on 01/10/2025 for a withdrawal of ₨30,000. After waiting 10 days, they asked for my bank statement, and on the 12th day, they simply returned the funds to my gaming account, which was completely unfair. I request that immediate action be taken regarding my pending withdrawal.
