I deposited ₺30,000 into my Parimatch account on 01/10/2025. However, the funds have neither appeared in my gaming account nor been refunded. I was asked to wait until 14/10/2025—two weeks—but nothing has changed. I even shared my bank statements as proof, yet there has been no update. After waiting 10 days, they asked for my bank statement, and on the 12th day, they simply returned the funds to my gaming account, which was completely unfair.
