Parimatch UPI Withdrawal Not Received and UTR Number Missing

I am a Parimatch user with Player ID 879250***. On 06/08/2026 I requested a UPI withdrawal of ₹2220 to my UPI ID 93288472***@ybl. In my Parimatch account history this withdrawal is shown as “Successful” as a UPI payout, but no UTR number or reference ID has been provided. The funds have not been credited to my bank account despite the status showing successful. I have also received withdrawals earlier to this same UPI ID without any issue, so the UPI details are correct. My bank has confirmed that without a UTR or reference number they are unable to track or trace this transaction. I have transaction screenshots and my bank statement showing that this amount has not been received. I request that you urgently either provide the UTR/reference number for this ₹2220 withdrawal so my bank can trace it, or cancel and roll back this transaction and return the money to my Parimatch wallet so that I can withdraw it again properly. I ask you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
