Parimatch Support Not Working for Deposit Issue
On February 19, 2026, at approximately 7:21 PM, I deposited 200 into my Parimatch account using PhonePe in India. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and the transaction status shows as successful. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
At the time of the transaction, the status on Parimatch was showing as “processing.” It now appears as successful, but my account balance has still not increased by 200.
I attempted to contact Parimatch customer support through the app, but the support section is not functioning, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance.
I request that the 200 be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible. If there is an issue, I ask that it be urgently investigated and resolved without further delay.
