Parimatch Shows Withdrawal Success But ₹40,000 Never Arrived

I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding a delayed withdrawal from my Parimatch account that has been pending for many months without resolution. On 26 September 2025 at 03:45:55, I requested a withdrawal of 40,000 INR via trust_IMPS. The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID 159839778 and Order ID 176334655. The status on Parimatch’s side shows this withdrawal as “Success” yet I have never received the money in my bank account. Unlike my other smaller withdrawals, which have all been processed successfully, this particular transaction has still not been paid to me. Despite the long delay, the amount has never reached my bank. I contacted Parimatch support multiple times, and the latest response I received was that the related details are no longer available in the bank’s records, and therefore the transaction cannot be traced or retrieved. In order to help resolve the matter, I have already provided all my relevant bank statements as proof from my side, but the issue is still unresolved and I have not received my 40,000 INR. I request that this withdrawal be properly investigated and that my 40,000 INR be either credited to my bank account or otherwise paid to me without further delay. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this trust_IMPS transaction, given that my other withdrawals with Parimatch have been successful.
