Parimatch Says My Deposit Was Declined but Axis Bank Confirms It Went Through

I'm writing about an unresolved issue with a deposit I made to my Parimatch account. On December 13th, 2025, I deposited ₹10,000 from my Axis Bank account to add funds to my Parimatch balance. The amount was debited from my bank but never credited to my Parimatch account. When I contacted Parimatch customer support, I was told the transaction was declined and that I should follow up with my bank. But when I reached out to Axis Bank, they confirmed that the transfer went through successfully. The UTR number provided by the bank for this transaction is 481471973475. I'm based in India and using both Parimatch and Axis Bank, and at this point my money is stuck in limbo between the two parties.
I'm kindly requesting that this issue be investigated using the UTR number provided, and that ₹10,000 be refunded back to my Axis Bank account as soon as possible.
