Parimatch Payment Not Received

I am raising a complaint regarding a pending payment of ₹1500 on the Parimatch platform that has not been transferred to my bank account for the last three months. On 12 January, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1500 from my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank. My Parimatch player ID is 424891***, registered in the name of Ravi Shinde with mobile number 6386100***. The bank details I used for this transaction are City Union Bank, Account Number 000881085693***, IFSC code CIUB0000---, Branch Janakpuri, New Delhi. Even though a long time has passed since the transaction, the payment is still pending and there has been no proper update from Parimatch. I have tried to contact Parimatch customer support many times, but I am not receiving any clear response and my issue is not being resolved. As a result, my ₹1500 remains stuck on the platform, which is causing me financial stress and inconvenience. I clearly request that my ₹1500 be either immediately transferred to my City Union Bank account mentioned above or refunded to my Parimatch player ID without any further delay, and that I be provided with written confirmation once this is done.
