My Deposit Was Converted Into Bonus Balance

I am using Parimatch in India for IPL betting and on 27 May 2026 I deposited ₹6,000 into my account. After this transaction, I saw that the entire amount was automatically credited as bonus balance instead of normal real-money balance, without my choosing or activating any bonus or promo code. Because my ₹6,000 is now shown as bonus balance, I am unable to use it in the normal way or withdraw it as I expected when I made the deposit. I have not previously taken any bonuses or used any promo codes on this account. I contacted Parimatch support about this issue but I have not received any response. I request that my ₹6,000 deposit be converted from bonus balance to normal real-money balance in my Parimatch account so that I can use or withdraw it freely as per my choice. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of why this deposit was automatically treated as bonus balance without my explicit consent.
