I Request Urgent Investigation Into Failed PhonePe UPI Transfer
On 13 May 2026 at around 6:07 p.m., I made an online transfer of 1000 rupees from my State Bank of India account using PhonePe to a receiver’s UPI ID. Even though the money was sent from my side, the transaction is still not properly reflected and the issue has not been resolved. I have screenshots and my bank statement showing that the amount was debited from my account. Despite this, the payment status has not been clearly settled for the receiver, and I am concerned about where my money currently is. I request that this transaction be checked urgently, and that either the amount is credited correctly to the receiver’s account or refunded back to my account as soon as possible. I am also ready to share the transaction screenshot and bank statement if needed for verification.
