Deposit Not Added Or Refunded
I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Parimatch account via UPI on 10 June, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance, nor have I received any refund to date. My Parimatch account is registered with the email address khu***@gmail.com. I reported this issue to Parimatch customer support on 10 June and was informed that it would be resolved within 10 business days. That period has already passed, yet there has been no resolution, despite the fact that I have also been given a reference for this case and have already submitted all the documents and information requested from me. I request that this matter be treated as urgent, that the delay be stopped, and that a clear final resolution be provided immediately, either by crediting the ₹20,000 to my Parimatch account or by processing a full refund to my original payment method.
