Deposit Amount Not Credited In My Account

Today I deposited 5,000 rupees into my Parimatch account via UPI, and although the amount was debited from my bank account, it did not appear in my Parimatch wallet. On the Parimatch side the transaction is shown as declined, but on the bank side the payment is clearly completed and deducted from my balance. I request that my situation be checked urgently and that either the 5,000 rupees be added to my Parimatch wallet or the full amount be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
