Paribu Cryptocurrency Transfer Missing Due to Memo Tag Omission

Hi there, I'm S**** A**. I recently made a cryptocurrency transfer to my Paribu account, but unfortunately, I forgot to include the memo tag. I have received the funds in Paribu, but unfortunately, they have not been credited to my account yet. I submitted a request for a transfer that was done incorrectly and included the screenshots that were asked for. I was told that I would get a reply within 5 business days, but it's been 2 weeks now. Even after making several calls, I am consistently instructed to be patient.
