FamPay Money Sent to Wrong Person by Mistake

I accidentally made a payment of 330 ₹ through Fampay to a person named Mo Jaseem on 27 September 2026. The transaction was done by mistake and I did not intend to send this money to this person. The payment appears in my FamApp history with a confirmed status and a visible transaction ID and date. I request that this mistaken payment of 330 ₹ be urgently reviewed and, if possible, fully refunded back to my Fampay account or original funding source. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification you may need in order to process this refund. I kindly ask Fampay to support me in resolving this issue and help me recover my money as soon as possible.
