Request To Remove Mother's Aadhaar Linked To My FamPay Account

I am a FamPay user and my account is currently linked with my mother’s Aadhaar, which was added for KYC and verification around April–May 2026. I now want my mother’s Aadhaar details to be completely removed from my FamPay account. I have already contacted FamPay support several times through in‑app chat and email, clearly requesting the removal of my mother’s Aadhaar from my account, but no action has been taken so far and the Aadhaar is still showing as linked. This situation is causing concern for us, as my mother does not wish her Aadhaar to remain associated with my FamPay account any longer. I request that FamPay urgently remove my mother’s Aadhaar details from my FamPay account and confirm once this has been done. If any additional consent or procedure is required from my side or from my mother, I am ready to provide it so that the Aadhaar can be delinked as soon as possible.
