Papara Unfairly Blocked My Account for 8 Months and Withheld My Balance
I have been experiencing a serious grievance for a long time due to my Papara personal account being unfairly blocked. My individual account has been blocked for about 7–8 months, and, although I am constantly told that it is “under review, this process has never been concluded. During this period, I cannot access or use the 1,300 TL balance in my account. When my account was blocked, I received a notification, but no clear or explanatory information was given about the situation. Since then, I have contacted Papara support many times, mostly via e‑mail, but each time I have received only copy‑paste standard responses such as “your account is under review. I am not informed why my account was blocked, when the review will be completed, or whether there is any additional document or action requested from me. This uncertainty and lack of communication, which has been going on for months, has put me in a difficult situation. I request that I be clearly and explicitly informed about the reason why my Papara personal account is blocked, that the necessary review be completed urgently, and that my account be reactivated so that I can use it again. I also request that I be allowed to use my 1,300 TL balance in my account without any problems.
