Papara Freezes Funds After Shutting Down Account
My Papara account was closed approximately 2–3 months ago without any explanation. I discovered this when I tried to log in and saw a notice on the screen stating that my account had been closed. Prior to this, I had not received any warning, restriction notice, or request for documentation regarding my account.
I contacted Papara by email to find out the reason, but I only received a standard, generic response that did not provide any concrete information or meaningful assistance. Before my account was closed, it had a balance of $38. I am a student, and this amount is significant for me.
The fact that my account was closed without explanation and that my money has been held has caused me financial hardship. I am requesting that the $38 USD balance in my Papara account be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the account closure.
