Papara Account Under Review - Balance Blocked
For approximately 9–10 months, my Papara account has been blocked and I cannot access my money. When I try to log in, the only thing I see is that my account is “under review”, and no other explanation is provided. There is a balance of ₺69,300 in my account that I cannot use in any way. During this period, I repeatedly called Papara customer service and sent e‑mails many times. However, I only received automatic, standard responses and no real support or clear information was provided to me. I was not informed of any reason for the block, I was not told that I had violated any rule, and I was not asked to submit any documents. I request that the block on my Papara account be urgently removed or that my balance be returned to me so that I can withdraw my money. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why my account was blocked for such a long time and why no support was provided despite my repeated attempts to reach you.
