Papara Account Permanently Closed With $250 Balance Not Refunded
I am a Papara user and my account was suddenly and permanently closed without a clear explanation, even though there was money in it. My name is Eren Y*** and my customer number is 1401270***. On 8 September at 13:28 I saw the notification on the Papara application stating that my account was closed due to the user agreement and company obligations. This account has processed a total transaction volume of around ₺1–2 million to date. While there was normally only around 200–300 dollars left in the account, one morning my account was closed without any prior notice or detailed justification. At the time of closure, there was approximately 250 dollars balance remaining in my account. Afterwards I contacted Papara and requested the refund of the balance in my account. In response, I received an e‑mail from the Papara User Support Team stating that my account had been permanently closed due to security policies, but they did not explain why my balance would not be refunded and they rejected my refund request. I find it unacceptable that my account is closed in this way, without any clear and detailed explanation, and that the balance in my account is not returned to me. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the reason for the closure be clearly and concretely explained to me, and that the entire balance of approximately 250 dollars remaining in my Papara account be refunded to me without any deduction.
My Papara account was permanently closed, it had about $300 balance and this amount was not refunded. I received no explanation for why my account was closed and I did not get a satisfactory response from customer support. My issue is still unresolved.
