Unable to Sell Real Web Project Coins Bought Through Binance and PancakeSwap

About three years ago, I purchased 173 Real Web Project coins through PancakeSwap, which operates within the Binance ecosystem. I made the purchase using 10 BNB, and while the coins still appear in my account, I’m unable to sell or convert them.
Later, I discovered that these coins were fake, which explains why no transactions can be made. I have contacted Binance customer service multiple times, but they responded that they cannot assist because the coins are not officially recognized.
I made this purchase trusting Binance’s platform, and I believe the company bears partial responsibility since the transaction was carried out through a system connected to Binance. Despite the tokens being visible in my account, I am unable to withdraw or trade them, which has caused me significant financial loss.
I have already submitted screenshots as proof and request that Binance reimburse my financial loss or provide an alternative resolution to recover the value of my 10 BNB investment.
