Binance Crypto Purchase Gone Wrong - Beware of Fake Tokens

I recently purchased a token called "rez" using the Binance app and a web3 wallet. Although the purchase was a seamless process, I faced persistent issues when attempting to sell it on the PancakeSwap platform. A number of individuals, including myself, were enticed into this transaction via Telegram groups, only to later realize that the cryptocurrency I purchased was most likely counterfeit. It's quite surprising how Binance allowed such a situation to happen. I've misplaced my funds, and I'm aware that I'm not the only one facing this situation. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with both Binance and PancakeSwap. It's truly baffling how Binance, being the world's largest crypto exchange, could allow such a glaring mistake. I had faith in Binance, but they permitted the existence of a counterfeit coin bearing the same name. I kindly request fair compensation for the losses I have incurred and a sense of responsibility from PancakeSwap.
Unfortunately, the complaint has still not been resolved, so what should we evaluate?
