Pampers Premium Quality Decreased and Caused Rash

I have been using this diaper since my baby was born, thinking it was the best due to its texture and leak-proof qualities. We never experienced any rashes. However, the last pack of Pampers Premium Care size 2 I bought was both rough in texture and caused a rash. The quality has significantly decreased. It seems like there have been changes made to the appearance as well, but the overall quality of the diaper is now very poor.
