On April 18, I purchased two packs of Pampers Size 5 diapers. The first pack worked just fine, but as soon as I opened the second one, we began experiencing serious leaking issues every single night. What’s frustrating is that the diaper isn’t even full when it starts leaking—it ends up spilling either toward my baby’s back or stomach just a few hours after putting it on.
This is not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable, especially from a brand that markets itself as high quality and charges accordingly. I expected consistency from Pampers, not product defects that disrupt our baby’s sleep and comfort.
Pampers, I’m requesting immediate action. Please send a proper, functional replacement pack and investigate the quality issue in the batch I received. I trusted your brand to keep my baby dry—not to wake up to soaked clothes and bedding. This needs to be addressed and resolved promptly.
