Palette 6-88 Red Hair Dye Strong Odor and Unusual Color Transformation

I bought Palette 6-88 intense red hair dye, and while the oxidizer seemed fine at first when I mixed it with the dye, it emitted a foul odor and turned into a deep red shade, which was not the original color. Despite having never had a problem with hair dye before, this experience made me nervous, and I decided not to use it on my hair. I'm not allergic to Palette products, but the areas where the oxidizer came into contact with my skin turned pale and bumpy. I'm genuinely concerned about the product's quality and safety. Furthermore, there is no expiration date on the box, leaving me to wonder if it has gone bad. I'm hoping for answers and a resolution to my troubling experience with Palette hair dye.
