Otelz.com Invoice Issue - Reservation Not Sent

We made a reservation for Bursa Grand Turkuaz Hotel through Otelz.com with online payment, check-in on November 12 and check-out on November 13, under reservation number 5602171. The hotel stated that since the payment was made online, the invoice should be issued by Otelz. We contacted Otelz and were told to email [email protected]. We sent an email requesting the invoice to be issued specifically under Dorlen Tekstil ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., clearly stating that it must be issued as an accommodation fee and with no other name. Over the past week, we have spoken on the phone with four different people at Otelz and sent two additional emails, yet the invoice still has not been issued. Each time, they repeatedly ask for our email address and company details as if we were providing them for the first time. This situation is delaying both our business operations and accounting processes. Therefore, I urgently request that the accommodation invoice for reservation number 5602171 be issued accurately and completely under Dorlen Tekstil ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and sent to us without further delay.
