OshKosh B'Gosh Delivery Delay & Only Action After Dispute!
I placed an order on OshKosh B'Gosh online on March 24th for my daughter's birthday. The delivery was supposed to arrive two days later, but unfortunately, it was delayed. When I checked the tracking number, it kept saying "out for delivery," but the package never arrived. As a last resort, I called customer service, and they assured me it would be delivered within 24 hours. When it still didn't show up, I was convinced it was lost in transit. I paid with PayPal, so I filed a dispute. Interestingly, the very next day after opening the dispute, customer service contacted me and said the package would be delivered that day. And indeed, it arrived later that same day. If I hadn't filed the dispute, I suspect they would have kept me waiting indefinitely.
