Opel Combo Life Lug Wrench Broke on First Use

While trying to change the tire on my 2021 Opel Combo Life, the lug wrench broke on its very first use. I can't understand how such an essential tool for vehicles could be made from such poor-quality material. What if our tire had gone flat in a remote area? I am requesting that my broken lug wrench be replaced with a sturdy, high-quality one. Despite reporting the issue with photos on the Opel Turkey Instagram page, I was told I would receive a response, but several days have passed with no follow-up. I hope that a brand like Opel will rectify this mistake.
