My Online Soccer Manager Store Purchase Failed to Deliver My Boss Coins

I purchased a coin bundle for $13 through the store in the Online Soccer Manager game, but despite the purchase, the coins were never loaded into my account. The transaction took place just moments ago, and even though the payment was successfully collected, my in-game balance showed no increase whatsoever.
Since the fee was paid but the coins were not credited to my profile, I want to receive what I paid for. I demand that this transaction be investigated and that the coins be credited to my in-game account as soon as possible, or, if that is not possible, that my payment be fully refunded.
