Eyezy Renewed My Subscription Without Notice and Charged Me Without Consent

I subscribed to the Eyezy Kids monitoring app, but I did not use the service at all for an entire year. Despite that, Eyezy (eye.kid.app) automatically renewed my subscription without my permission and charged my credit card—without sending me any prior email, message, or notice about the renewal.
At no point did I authorize the use of my card for automatic renewal, and I was never informed that a charge was coming. Taking card details and charging a customer without consent or notification is completely unlawful.
I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription, a full refund of the amount charged, and confirmation that my membership has been permanently terminated. I never used the service and never agreed to be billed again. Eyezy must respect user rights and stop charging accounts without explicit approval.

I had purchased an app called eye-kid-app some time ago, and even though I have never used it, an amount of over 12 is being deducted from my account every three months. I cannot cancel it either. I am requesting both cancellation and a refund, but I cannot reach customer service in any way. Please help.
