I’ve been using the Omegle app on my iPhone with a monthly subscription, and over the past month, I’ve made 3–4 payments totaling more than $47. All payments were made through my Apple ID and invoiced via the App Store.
However, despite not violating any rules, I have been repeatedly banned by the app without any clear reason. Most recently, I received an on-screen warning with the code “321118469”, stating that my account would reopen in 719 hours (around 30 days), and I’ve been completely blocked from accessing the app since then.
This issue occurs both on Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, and it has continued throughout my time in Istanbul.
Aside from the bans, I have also experienced other recurring issues with the app. I’ve tried different accounts and devices, but the problem persists. Furthermore, I have not been able to receive any refunds for my payments, and I have no way to contact customer support — neither within the app nor through any other channel.
I request that my unjust ban be lifted immediately and that all amounts I have paid be refunded.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, as I have been seriously inconvenienced by this repeated problem.
